John Puleo
John Puleo is a seasoned professional with deep roots in the telecom industry. After spending nearly two decades with American Tower Corporation, he established JP Tower Consulting to represent property owners and ensure their interests are protected in an ever-evolving market. John’s approach is grounded in cultivating lasting relationships, providing unparalleled expertise, and delivering client-centered solutions.
John values honesty and trust above all else, which have become the foundation of JP Tower Consulting’s mission: to empower clients with the knowledge and strategies needed to maximize the value of their cell tower leases.
When John isn’t helping clients secure favorable deals, he’s enjoying life as a new father to his daughter. John and his wife share a love for exploring new restaurants, traveling, and binge-watching their favorite TV shows. A self-proclaimed pizza enthusiast, John is always on the hunt for the next best slice, no matter where it takes him.
Andrew Darrigo
Andrew Darrigo is an experienced negotiator who has had various roles working on complex real estate transactions in the telecom industry, both dealing with the Tenant (carrier) side and the Landowner side of the deal. From his many years with American Tower and time with Unison, Andrew brings an insider’s perspective that few consultants can match. This dual-sided experience allows him to anticipate the tactics used by tower companies and craft strategies that maximize value for his clients—often uncovering opportunities or risks that most property owners wouldn’t recognize on their own.
Andrew understands that timing is everything and believes in the consultative approach when working with his clients which aligns with the mission of JP Tower Consulting. Andrew believes in listening first—understanding each client’s financial goals, property concerns, and long-term plans before recommending a course of action. Whether it’s negotiating better lease terms, evaluating a buyout offer, or structuring a lease amendment, Andrew is focused on one thing: optimizing the landowner’s financial outcome while preserving flexibility and control over their land.
Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted family man who enjoys gardening, cooking from scratch, and experiencing live music with his wife and kids—a grounding presence that reflects in his relationship-first approach to his professional work.
