The questions below will help me qualify property owners who wish to have a cell tower built on their property.  It’s important to note that getting a tower built on your land is very unlikely.  However, approximately 4,000 cell towers were built in each of the last two years.  So, it’s very possible depending on the location!  Many rural areas that are expecting population growth are starting to see opportunities for new cell towers. 

It’s important to note that the carriers’ budgets are already spoken for through 2026.  Any tower could take between 3-5 years to get built.  Tower developers need to obtain interest from the carriers.  If your property is intriguing to a tower developer, they will alert me that they want to sign an option lease with you.  The tower developer will have options that run for 3-5 years.  If you don’t feel comfortable tying up that area of the property, this may not be the best option for you.

If you fail to be specific with your answers, I may not be able to market your site to tower developers that look to build in your geographic area.  Depending on how many folks provide information, I’m going to disqualify those who don’t provide much detail or specifics.  After determining your location may make sense, I must do a five-to-ten-minute review on my own to further qualify the area around your property.
